Paliperidone is new, i like it but need more practice with dosing and onset of action and time till effect, it's use in the acute setting for example takes skill. I hope they make an immediate release form -It could replace haloperidol as we know it.

The dress/appeareance is helpful in the differential diagnosis of patients. for example bipolar patients tend to wear more elaborate and layered clothing versus schizophrenia or substance abuse who may not, it may be more disorganized, less matching, here I illustrate both at the same time!
