If Aang met Ursa, the Avatar could wind up fighting her (provided she can firebend, which is possible), being introduced to her by Zuko, or being recognized by Ursa as her lost son (!). But whatever the case, if Ursa did wind up battling Aang, Zuko would intervene, and he might succeed.
