This was a parody of Obama's "Change" strategy created by the NRA and released in mailings to it's members. I know, because I received one. The 10 points are taken out of context from various things he has done or said in his political history. Truth is, the president doesn't have the power to make the changes the NRA claims he would make if he went into office. I'm a proud gun owner.

Sep 15, 2008 - Canada's government is different then yours the 'priminister' does not have absolute power like a president so although a right wing priminister is in power he does not actually have a majority of the seats in parliament who all have to agree by majority. the majority of the seats are held by liberals primeminister Stephen Harper's party is what's known as a minority government he is going to call for another election in the hopes of getting the majority but it could backfire and get him out
