Nov 18, 2008 - 1: SMILE's Graphics Editor- You pick the tileset you want. You save it and the corresponding palette file.2: Tile Layer Pro- Access the GFX File (use All Files in the drop selection list). Edit to your heart's content. Then you can save it to SMILE.

Nov 18, 2008 - Difficult to do adequate troubleshooting here, feel free to ask over at m2k2 since I can actually have screenshots etc. to work with.blackyoshi is right, layer 1/2 tiles are handled in the graphics editor and have to be exported.
