My progress from June 33 to July 5. I injured the tendons in my arm rock climbing, so I'm doing strictly weight lifting for about a month until it heals up.There's no significant weight gain to report unfortunately, but I'm still going!

Nov 18, 2008 - I think you look great. I see a 6 pack starting to show up! I have the same build as you. We have the best of all! We can eat as much as we want and not get fat. Just keep working the core exercises and low reps. I look forward to your next update!

Nov 18, 2008 - I was training every other day, alternating between two different groups of muscles. But I recently switched to doing one muscle group per day to see if I like it.

Nov 18, 2008 - Do you use any proteinshakes/gainers? It would help you getting your 3500 calories aday.. And by the way dont be afraid to gain some body fat either.. it will help you gaining muscles.. Good luck with the gain.

Nov 18, 2008 - how much do you weigh? It seems to me like your eating way too many calories. But then again you probably need that much to gain weight. Everyone is diferent. Well i don't know for sure, but this video makes it look like your new to weight lifting. If so, you'll probably need to expirement with your calorie intakes and workout regimes for a while until you find out what makes your body grow.
