Because if they don't believe in him then why should they be able to believe in his Kingdom? Jesus will let anyone into his Kingdom no matter what sin they've committed, as long as they ask God for forgiveness and except him as their God, their leader, their savior. if people can make it to that part they can go to heaven, and you can too. =]
