Nov 19, 2008 - They were created in DoW so that Relic Entertainment would have freedom of storyline writing when they worked on the DoW series. So yeah, they are an official 40K chapter.

He is in a sleeping form and even not Azreal knows it only some mystical creatures that serves the Dark Angels and The Emperor know it. While azreal thinks that Luther in a cell is the greatest secret. And Gulliman is in a stasis field in maccrage that people from many planets travel to see. Leman Russ probaly comes at the end of The End Times to stop humanity from falling into damnagen.
