Nov 19, 2008 - I got into a heated debate about this in an Afrikan bookstore. My position was Hanson may or may not have been a brother (Moor), but the evidence shown (i.e., that picture of another guy named John Hansen) that he is doesn't add up. I mean why would they have a photo of Hanson but not of George Washington?, of course they wouldn't.So what was Brother Taj saying about the picture's landscape? I couldn't clearly make out his words.

Nov 19, 2008 - It was different, but that's because the photo was croped.

Nov 19, 2008 - so is he disproving that john hanson existed?i was a little confusedwhat was he trying to say?

moornflorida Says:

Nov 19, 2008 - John Hanson did exist, as a European and a Moorish brother from Liberia. The Liberian John hanson was a Senator who was with the back to Afrika movement in the 1800's. SHown on the photograph. The Painting is the Eurpoean John Hanson. Facts got crossed. The fiat doesnt have a Moor on it, all Europeans, thus the origina painting. Bad plates when making the bill itsself. Plus the dates dont add up.There isa part two coming, check back this evening, we dont want any confusion brother Scottnaji.
