Jul 9, 2008 - yeah but that is not atlantic.! atlantic aircraft need Etops certification and the 757 didnt pass without the winglets. also now the 757 flyes only the shortes atlantic hops like from newark or detroit to amsterdam all winglets.

Sep 28, 2008 - Delta's only flight with the 757 (with winglets) goes to KCVG (Flight 42) that would make it about 3500+nm. With winglets it would be no problem. Without though, it would still be within it's range, but would probably violate the reserve rule.
