Sometimes when using a serial device - maybe at serial COM port or an USB serial device - at Windows, it's recognized as a Mouse, even when it isn't... And so, the screen goes crazy!The problem is frequent when using GPS device compatibility with NMEA 0183 protocolo.To fix it, just disable the erroneous Mouse device at Device Manager. This video show how to do it.
