It is a Lie: Gas Prices are not Increasing by Pastor Peter J. Peters There are many lies presented to us as people and many, if not most, of those people believe. The one we advertise in an Another Untold Story broadcast is the lie that gas prices are increasing and that the cost of a gallon of gas has increased. Tied to their lie is the lie that there is a fuel shortage. I have a question for you. Could you be one of those that God wants to believe a lie? Many lies are believed in the present age we live in, the last days that the apostle Paul wrote about. This is what he wrote but we emphasize the part about deception. But realize this, that in the last days difficult time will come. For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good, treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God; holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; and avoid such men as these. For among them are those who enter into households and captivate weak women weighed own with sins, led on by various impulses, always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. And just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so these men also oppose the truth, men of depraved mind, rejected as regards the faith. But they will not make further progress; for their folly will be obvious to all, as also that of those two came to be. But you followed my teaching, conduct, purpose, faith, patience, love, perseverance, persecutions, and sufferings, such as happened to me at Antioch, at Iconium and at Lystra; what persecutions I endured, and out of them all the Lord delivered me!
