The most beautiful scene is often spoilt by litter or fly-tipping.When we think of the English countryside, our minds see the fantasy - rolling hills, trees, expanses of grass and fields and furry little animals frollicking...this really is a fantasy, due to thoughtless people who cannot be bothered to take their litter home with them or take it to the local tip.Is this comedy?
