That is why there are so few rich people on this planet... most of us were too bored to get the most out of education (myself included). Some advice from someone with a bit more life experience... worth toughing it out, that way you can never ask "what if".

Nothing ever has, or will... top Star Wars Kid.When I was a student teacher (yes, your eyes do not decieve you) I was advised by the teacher who I was working with to watch kids shows and incorporate them into my teaching. IT WAS TORTURE!!! Needless to say, I didn't last very long in that profession... God bless those who can! :-\

Jul 6, 2008 - Type in Pokemon Kid. That will get you the video I am talking about. The teacher told you to incorperate cartoons into your teachings? What is this world coming to? The only student teacher I remember having was my senior year of HS in health he was cool he showed us a made for tv movie about an alchoholic dad his son was like 13 or so he drove his dad home from a bar and someone said no way and the student teacher said I used to have to do that all the time.

I doubt it, but I have seen bigger surprises in my time!As far as the teaching went, the kids loved me... respected me... they were extremely cool for the most part. I just wasn't into the whole lesson plan thing with administrators up my ass until I became tenured.
