I myself grew up with(and am still growing up with) games, and a HUGE chunk of my morality and personality comes from the Ledgend of Zelda games. and for all that i am considered by others (or so they told me at least) to be a decent and empathetic person. I felt heavy-hearted and in a 'grieving' mode for two weeks, same for (Australian) Michael Hutchence, lead singer of INXS. In the 90's my sister & I watched a show called 'Valerie' with Jason Bateman as her oldest son? I LOVED that show and was crushed when Sandy replaced Valerie! I don't remember that we had Mary Tyler Moore here (but I'm aware of the show) - I loved Maude though!
