Jul 18, 2008 - I just tried my first hefeweizen recently, and I'm glad to see that yours is as dark as mine (which had me confused). One thing I noticed watching the fermentation time lapse; light being on the beer the whole time might affect the flavor (I hear it mostly affects hop flavor). But thanks for the video!
