Saitou Story ModeSaitou vs Kenshin HimuraWhat a pain he is. All of his moves are fast, especially Sou Ryu Sen(Battoujutsu Mode), however he has a weakness.His weakness is that you must Hold L1, but unfortunatelly, Saitou can't move while in this stance, so to the solution is wait for Kenshin to get to a distance that he would barely miss you with Sou Ryu Sen, then wait. If you are in the right distance, he will stand up and do a normal combo, now dodge it with O or Left/Right + O, then combo him.
