Nov 23, 2008 - I remember singing this song as a 10 year old. It was played across the land in 1957 and #1 oon the charts for awhile. The song is "Day-O (Banana Boat Song)" from 1957 by Harry Belafonte. This one came from the CD "Harry Belafonte: Greatest Hits"... Bill
