Joe: Kaila, don't be upset. Please. Kaila: I'm not upset. Joe: Yeah right. I've known you forever. I know when you're upset. Kaila: [Shrugs.] Joe: Let's take a walk outside. Christina: To where? Joe: I don't know. Around the block. Everyone gets up and walks outside. Kaila and Nick were holding hands. They walked down the street seeing nothing but blackness. Christina: Joe? Joe: Yeah? Christina: Where are you? Joe: [Grabs her hand.] Right here. Christina: [Blushes but he can't see it.] Okay. They walk around some more. Joe and Christina are talking quietly. So are Kaila and Nick. Kevin: So... Ashley: [Smiles in the dark.] Kevin? Kevin: Yeah? Ashley: We've known each other for a while now...right? Kevin: Yeah. Since like, seventh grade. Ashley: Well I have a confession to make. Kevin: Yeah? Ashley: I've had the biggest crush on you ever since. Kevin: You have? Ashley: Yeah..you don't have to like me back though. Christina: I'm not exactly sure at the moment. We're taking a walk and it's really dark. Donna: Oh. Well I just wanted to let you know I want you home soon. It's 10 minutes to midnight. Christina: Woah, okay. I didn't know it was that late... Donna: It's alright. See you in a few. Bye. Christina: Bye. Christina hung up and put the phone back into her purse. Kaila: How late is it? Christina: It's 11:50. According to my mom. Kaila: Oh..wow..I should get home. Christina: Me too. Joe: Do you want me to take you? Christina: Okay. Nick: I'll come... They all walk over to those houses, leaving Ashley and Kevin alone. Ashley: Kevin, I'm scared. Kevin: From what? Ashley: Standing out here in the dark. In the middle of the road. Kevin: It's okay. I won't let anything happen to you. Ashley: Do you want to walk me home? Kevin: Sure come on. They walk to Ashley's house holding hands. They finally got to Ashley's house. Ashley: Well...I guess I'll see you later? [Smiles.] Kevin: Yeah. I'll call you. Ashley: Okay. Kevin: Goodnight. [Kisses her cheek.] Ashley: Night.
