Second PR for the day...up from 515# after first failing an attempt at 565#. Not perfect, but my back stayed flat and I didn't give up when it got hard. Now I know why they chalk the thighs as the bar really dug in and dragged...And before you bust my chops, Yes I know I'm using wrist straps. I'm not training to compete in PL meets; and I don't use them till my forearms have had their work and failed.
