Jul 6, 2008 - Victory of The Humanity over Fascism!!!
aribenzane Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - What victory? The Soviets were every bit as bad as the Nazis. Europe had exchanged one tyranny for another.
aribenzane Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - I can't imagine what it must have been like to be under such a bombardment. Let's hope that we never see such a catastrophe again.
sugarpuddin88 Says:
Jul 7, 2008 - What is your take on the catastrophe that stemmed from the embargo & attack on Iraq:1 million civilians killed, 500,000 of which were children whose only crime was being born in the wrong place at the wrong timeAnd over 6 million displaced into other areas and countries?
sugarpuddin88 Says:
Jul 7, 2008 - arib - I don't know if I can agree 100% with your commentIn fact, following WW2, Russians exterminated 100 to 150 million
sugarpuddin88 Says:
Jul 7, 2008 - Let me get this straight Hitler, "So you say you are going to surround all the Armies of the East & West & South & North? If that were possible, why is Berlin surrounded by the enemy?"Prussian (military) pride needed to take a "back-seat"; thereby freeing more German military leaders the chance to whack Hitler long before any of this happened!

Jul 7, 2008 - Ideot. Do you realy know what you are saying?Like there whare ghettos in Poland? Like there where exterimantion programs?Belive me. Stalin was a pig. And it was not fun to live onder communism. But it was far beter that tu be accupaid by a Rasial Supramicie Ideology
aribenzane Says:
Jul 7, 2008 - Had he lived longer, Stalin would have implemented a concentration-camp style program for political prisoners and 'undesirables' although perhaps not on the scale of Auschwitz. The Soviet armies raped and pillaged their way across Eastern Europe and many prisoners liberated by them were forced to return to the Soviet territories, often to their deaths. The Allies saw all this and let it happen. In '47, the Soviets tried to starve, literally starve, millions of Berliners as a political point.
aribenzane Says:
Jul 7, 2008 - It's also worth noting that history always vilifies the losers, and everyone loves to vilify the Nazis. In the 30s and early 40s, the Nazis were greatly admired in the West and received aid from many countries and companies. IBM provided equipment and personal used to register Jews in preparation for the genocide. The only reason the Soviets are not so vilified is because their malice was largely hidden by the corruption and incompetence of the whole rotten Soviet system.
aribenzane Says:
Jul 7, 2008 - Next to WWII, Iraq is a bushfire (pun?), an entirely (mis)engineered bushfire.
Lasstpak Says:
Jul 7, 2008 - You just not understand do you.Stalin was collor blind. Hitler was a Rasist.Stalin killd everybody. Hilter killed only becouse some one was born that way.
aribenzane Says:
Jul 7, 2008 - So you're saying that Stalin was preferable to Hitler because he killed everyone and anyone on a whim but Hitler only killed people based on racial criteria? That's pretty much my point. There was no 'victory' in 1945 as far as Eastern Europe was concerned.
Lasstpak Says:
Jul 8, 2008 - Ooh yes. There was no LEBIRATION. There was a Victori. For Stalin. Not for people of Eastern Europian Countries. But there where perty mutch beter off witch Commis than with Nazies. Stalin was one of many leaders of the Sovjets and the most evil one. Yes NKVD etc did horible things when Red Army drove to Occupide terriotries. Bud it was nothing in compre with Einzatsgruppe
