During the Metro Kiwanis Candidate Forum candidates were allowed to ask other candidates a question of their choice. Greg Dunn elected to question Robert Horgan on Defined Benefits. Horgan had answered a similar question the previous evening (video available at www.youtube.com/gafrontpage). This night he was prepared with a written response which he read.
