Then instead of having 20% republicans and 20% for democrats, it'll be 30/30. Do you think the people who are not voting now are more eminently qualified to NOT elect a clown than the ones who are voting? They're just as dumb on average and half of them will believe one thing and half the other. Evil won't be outvoted just because more people vote.

On what basis do you make the claim that the proportion of Bush to Kerry voters would have been any different if the non-voters voted? I didn't vote in 2000 but if I did, I would have voted for Bush. Now by 2004 I was convinced he was the antichrist - but then I was also living in Illinois and I knew Kerry would take Illinois, which he did by 6%.
