You dont have to be all powerful to do that, just inconceivably powerful. Refuting the notion of an all powerful god does nothing to refute the biblical god.There is also the matter of gods free will: He might chose not to lift the stone, or he might chose not to create the stone. This isnt a limit of his power, only his will.
