Jul 14, 2008 - To get deeper back the weight down, prob 135. Focus on pushing ur knees out, you see how they buckle in alittle. To get lower you must sit back more in your heels and spread your hips. Practice squating with a mini stretch band around the knees, the band will pull your knees in so you must force your knees out, this will teach your glutes to abduct instead of relaxing. Take a deep breathe before ur desend on ur squat it will help keep your core tight. when you hit the bottom drive your ass up.
