Jul 24, 2008 - I did this one yesterday. I got 5:35. Great work!!! Keep it up. Something that can help speed up your time is to squat down and kick your legs out for the burpees. This speeds up cycle time between the reps as opposed to bending down one leg at a time. If you did that, your time would be even more impressive.
